Avelisse Labs LLC may collect information you provide directly through contact forms, support requests, newsletter subscriptions, account registrations, feedback submissions, and communications with us. Some applications, including Focus Streak Timer, may store app activity, settings, focus sessions, reminder preferences, optional notes, or optional voice notes locally on the user's device to provide app functionality. We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, operating system, crash reports, and usage analytics where applicable.
We use collected information to provide, operate, improve, and personalize our services. Locally stored app information is used to power features such as focus history, streaks, statistics, reminders, preferences, and access to premium features.
Focus Streak Timer is designed for focus tracking and productivity. The app does not require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, or location. Focus sessions, task details, app settings, optional written notes, and optional voice notes are stored locally on the user's device unless a user chooses to use Apple device backup or other system-level features outside our control.
Avelisse Labs apps may offer subscriptions, trials, lifetime purchases, or premium functionality through Apple In-App Purchase or other app store payment systems. Purchase transactions are handled by the applicable app store provider. We do not receive or store users' payment card details from Apple In-App Purchase transactions.
Certain Avelisse Labs applications may include pregnancy, health, wellness, and tracking-related features. Users may voluntarily provide sensitive information to enable app functionality. Such information is processed solely for service functionality and user experience purposes. Our applications support informational and tracking purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We may work with trusted third-party providers that support our infrastructure and services, including hosting, crash reporting, email delivery, customer support, and cloud providers. These services may process limited information solely to provide functionality on our behalf. Focus Streak Timer does not use third-party analytics SDKs, third-party advertising, ad networks, or tracking for advertising purposes.

Users can delete locally stored Focus Streak Timer data by deleting the app from their device or using available device controls.
Focus Streak Timer is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without required parent or guardian consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
